Description
Phyllantus niruri is a plant native to tropical countries and is well known both in Madagascar, in Latin America (where it takes the name of Chanca Piedra) and in the Indochina area. Its use dates back to about 2000 years ago. It is normally used as a diuretic, as a disinfectant of the urinary tract, but above all for its most important characteristic, that is, it destroys kidney and gallstones, increasing the solubility of alkaline salts and helping to keep the bacterial rate of the urinary tract low.
